Once your order has been packed, it will be collected by the UK’s postal service – Royal Mail – who collect from our warehouse. All UK orders are sent by standard Second class Mail. Orders from Europe and the rest of the world are sent by standard Airmail. There is no tracking information available on airmail items. Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your local postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working processes.

The following is a rough guide to how long your order should take to arrive: UK: 1-4 working days?Europe: 4-7 working days?USA / Canada: 7-14 working days?Rest of world: 7-20 working days, depending on location.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied about any product and wish to return it to us, please let us know first! It’s really important that we have happy customers so we will endeavor to resolve all issues. If for any reason you do need to return an item email us and we will together then decide what the best course of action should be; whether it be an exchange or a full refund.

All goods that are sent out are thoroughly checked before dispatched to you. If you find goods to be fault again contact us for advice. We may ask you to return the goods for inspection. If this is necessary please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. Wrap the parcel securely and return to us, we will give you our mailing address and a returns complaint reference. We suggest using Royal Mail Recorded delivery to send the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit to us. If a refund is made we shall endeavour to refund within 30 days.
